this cartoon to my personnal point of view i think it illustrates zuma that is abusing power and he can stand against justice, we all know that zuma apart as anc memember amd his 'allied',they are on the full mission to stand against justice. im a political theorist but i can tell that his hand by that he is saying [bheka lo uchabanga ukuthi angahlula mina] which mean can this who wonam thinks she defeat a man
